Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated delivery date.
Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location. This is our most affordable shipping option.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, you can choose our expedited shipping service. Expedited orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days after shipping.
- Priority Shipping: For urgent orders, we provide priority shipping, which guarantees delivery within 1-3 business days.
- International Shipping: For customers located outside the United States, international shipping can take between 7-15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Fees
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $100 within the United States.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $9.95 will be applied to domestic orders.
- International Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for international orders are calculated during checkout, depending on the weight of your order and the delivery location.
- Expedited and Priority Shipping: Fees for expedited or priority shipping will be calculated during checkout based on the shipping speed selected.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can track your order’s progress by clicking the tracking link provided in the email.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you notice an error with your address, please contact us immediately at info@proluiss.com to correct it before your order ships.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to meet delivery estimates, factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical issues may cause delays beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please allow extra time for delivery or contact our customer service team for assistance.
Gift Orders
- If your order is a gift and you’d like it to be sent directly to the recipient, we can accommodate that request. Please ensure that the recipient’s address is entered during checkout, and we will ship the items directly to them. Please note that we do not offer gift wrapping services at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is damaged upon arrival or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@proluiss.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Be sure to keep the packaging and any damaged items for inspection.
